The purpose of this organization shall be the development of new student councils and the betterment of established student councils in the district, thus bringing about the improvement of the schools in the Kaskaskia District. A further aim shall be the stimulation of mutual understanding and cooperation between member High Schools, thus aiding in the establishment of good citizenship and character in the youth of our district.
